Our Store Policies
- Our rates are based on a 3 day rental period. Weekly and monthly rates are available.
- Unless other arrangements have been made, payment in full is required upon delivery of rental items.
- We deliver and pick up during normal business hours. Special arrangements and specific times require an additional charge.
- Our drivers will deliver your rental items a reasonable distance from the truck. Supplemental charges will be billed for deliveries involving stairs, elevators, and excessive distance from truck access.
- Items will be delivered boxed and stacked, with chairs and tables folded. Upon pick up, we ask that you assemble used items at the drop off point. Tables and chairs should be folded and stacked. All glasses and dishware should be well rinsed and returned to their containers.
- You are responsible for the security and safekeeping of all rental items while they are in your possession. Damaged or lost items will be billed at our retail cost.
- To avoid additional cleaning charges, all grills, barbeques, etc. should be returned clean, with coals and ashes discarded prior to pick up.
- Linens found to be damaged with candle wax, burn holes, mildew stains, etc., will be subject to additional charges.
- A cancellation fee will be charged for orders cancelled within 72 hours of scheduled pick up or delivery.
- Will call hours are M-F 9am - 4pm.
